The factory locating in the small town of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, the famous Hometown of Waxberry in China, neighboring the 7,000 year Hemudu Site which is famous both at home and abroad, our factory is only 30km to Ningbo International Airport with very convenient traffic.
Established in 2003, our factory is specialized in manufacturing hydraulic pressure joints, stainless steel joints, varied valves, and is also undertaking the processing of special parts and components. Occupying an floor area of 3000m2 with the workshop area reaching 3000m2, the main processing equipment of our factory include high precision NCN lathe, common lathe, drilling machine, thread rolling machine, manipulator and other equipment. Our testing equipment include projector, Japan Mitutoyo contourgraph, and imported thread gauge. Currently, our factory has 80 staffs and possesses 40 CNC machining tools.
The factory passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification in 2007, and is strictly implementing the ISO9001:2008. Insisting on the quality outline of “standard management, precise manufacturing and constant improvement”, our factory is providing quality products for clients, and is constantly improving ourselves and learning the foreign advanced management experiences, reforming the internal management, constructing the data management system. In 2011, our factory formally registered the brand GXR, and currently, we are also making all efforts to establish our own brand in the hydraulic pressure industry.
